The Age Distribution of Renters: Who Lives in Small Properties?

As we have seen in recent market trends over the past few years or so, there has been this perception that younger people—Millennials if you would—are living in large properties. However, data has shown that younger people have actually been living in smaller properties, while those predominantly occupying larger properties are almost 10 years older.
